Jordan's Collection of Recipes - Graham Cracker Pie Crust

Ingredients

200g Graham crackers (or soda biscuits, arrowroot, Maria biscuits)
125 mL (1/2 cup) melted butter
45 mL (3 Tbsp) sugar

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C (350F).

Step 2
Crush the crackers into a fine powder.

Step 3
Add the sugar and melted butter, and mix until fully moistened.

Step 4
Pack into a pie plate, tamping down with a spoon, the bottom of a glass, or your hands.

Step 5
Bake for 10-12 minutes just until firm.
